How many times can I use the application in a day?+There is no limit to the number of times you can use the PAYED App.
How do I retrieve my username?+Your Username is the email address used in registering the account.
How do I add money to my PAYED wallet?+You can add money to your PAYED wallet using any of the following options below: Transfer money from any Nigerian bank into your wallet, visit any PAYED agent close to you to fund your wallet.
Why do I need to provide my BVN when setting up a PAYED wallet?+We ask you to confirm your BVN so we can be sure no one is pretending to be you. When you confirm your BVN, we match your details with the information on the national BVN database owned by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
What does KYC mean?+KYC simply means “Know Your Customer.” It is a process through which we identify our customers and the different levels of transactions they can perform on PAYED.

Can I sign in with two different PAYED accounts on the same mobile device?+You can sign in with two different PAYED accounts on the same mobile device but not simultaneously. You would need to first logout of one before accessing the other.
Will I receive alerts for transactions done via mobile app?+You will receive email notifications for every transaction you perform via the PAYED app

What are the different KYC levels?+There are three KYC account levels on PAYED. <b>KYC 1:<b> This is an account that has a confirmed BVN but does not have a validated ID attached to it. KYC 2: This is an account that has both a confirmed BVN and a validated ID attached to it but not a verified address. KYC 3: This is an account that has a confirmed BVN, a validated ID attached to it, and a verified address.
Can I get an account statement for my PAYED wallet?+Account statements for a specific period of time for any PAYED wallet will be issued upon request. Go through the following steps to request for a statement: (1) Login to the PAYED app (2)Tap More (3) Tap account statements (4) Filter the date range (From - To) (5) Click Download
How do I start using PAYED?+Download the PAYED app on Google Play store or the iOS app store then follow the on-screen steps provided to register and set up your wallet.
How do I send money from my PAYED wallet.+To withdraw money from your wallet, simply follow below steps: (1) Tap the “Send Money” icon on the top right corner of the PAYED app. (2) Enter the amount, select the beneficiary bank and enter the account number. (3) Click on Make Transfer Enter your PIN and submit

How do I upgrade my KYC level?+To upgrade your KYC level, send an mail to compliance@getpayed.co or hello@getpayed.co with this following document: (1) A government Issued Identification card (2) A utility bill that is not more than 3 months (3) A CAC for Business account. Your request to upgrade your account will be processed within 24 hours.
